ABOUT US
M & L Thai Spa is a traditional Thai massage studio in Grove Park, South East London, a short walk from Grove Park station. We offer authentic Thai massage and a range of oil, reflexology and Chinese massage treatments in private, quiet treatment rooms, using natural oils and products.
All our therapists are certified in Traditional Thai Massage and trained in the techniques we offer. Our premises are licensed by the London Borough of Lewisham [licence number].
Thai massage combines stretching, pressure-point work and rhythmic compression to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Whether you spend long hours at a desk, train hard, or simply want an hour to switch off, we’ll tailor the session to what your body needs on the day.
We keep things simple: clear prices, no hidden extras, open seven days a week from 9:30am to 9:00pm, and a warm, professional welcome every time you visit.
Strictly professional, therapeutic massage.
